A $2 million apartment in an upscale village in New Zealand may be too big to afford, but it’s not impossible to make it happen.
The New Zealand government has announced it’s offering apartments for rent at $2,800 per month for up to three years.
It also offers a $1,200 annual subsidy, which goes towards buying a house in the town.
But it only gives people a month to get started, so don’t wait too long to get your paws on one.
The city of Auckland also offers its own apartments for $1.3 million a year, which is about $1 per square foot.
That means you can get a one-bedroom apartment for $750,000 and a two-bedroom for $975,000.
The cheapest one-bedrooms go for about $5,000 per month, while two-beds go for around $10,000 a month.
But if you want to save, you can take the next step and buy a four-bedroom house for $5.8 million, which comes with a $6,000 annual subsidy.
That’s a great deal, especially for the two-year term, which means you’ll be able to save money.
There are a few things to consider before you commit to one of these properties, but there are also many other benefits.
The house will come with a pool, gym, pool house, tennis court, and all the amenities you’d expect.
It will be furnished with a heated pool, heated shower, private kitchen, and plenty of windows.
And it will have an underground parking garage, which will also be accessible.
The owner will also have access to a garage for a car.
The owner will have to live there for the entire term, meaning there’s no rush.
The cost of living is about twice what it would be for a typical owner in New York City, and it can be affordable.
The most important part of this is that the owner is willing to put in the work.
They’ll have to make a lot of sacrifices, and they’ll have their eyes on the sky.
If you’re interested in buying an apartment, you might want to think about doing this in New England, where there’s plenty of housing for sale.
